It did. I saw it too. CCTV in Paris, France showed a woman in a dress brushing past four migrants standing outside the Tea Shop. She went inside to buy tea. When she departed the store, the migrants gathered around her, blocking her from moving. One yelled, "Rape time!"

She reacted, "No, no, no! Please, no!" They dragged her into the dark alley as they laughed and rallied one another with pats on their shoulders.

CCTV zoomed in and I witnessed the three migrants holding her down while the other got between her legs. They raped her.

However, French authorities claimed that didn't happen.
