I hate it when my good looking friends or good looking people in general telling me they are insecure and that they are subhumans because it makes me feel even worse about myself

You shouldn't care about what other people think of you. Everyone is best in their own way.
Remember that we all have our own shortcomings, weaknesses, strengths, and insecurities. One must learn to fight against the darker parts of oneself, if the goal is to evolve.

But right now I recommend you to stop thinking of people as "good looking" or not. Mainly if they are your friends. This objectifies people and makes having empathy and respect and true human connection with them harder.
