Just came back home from a nice vacation and first thing i do is look in my home mirror and im back to having no self esteem and just hate the way i look

No i just feel good when i dont get reminded of how i look. All i see in when i look at my face is how ugly and flawed it is yet i cant stop myself from checking the a couple times a day with some twisted hope that my face magiclly changed or someything lol
