Damn that's brutal. Thinning hair at 16 is ropefuel. Make a megagigahairserum with minox, tretinoin, stemoxydine and do dermarolling. Maybe it helps. Also good haircare, e.g. conditioning, avoiding heat, sun etc.
And hop on fin when you're 18-20.
