yes, you can do SARMs at 16

I recommend you either try LGD-4033, which is going to put on tons of mass and strenght, expect some minor bloat on it or RAD-140 which provides more dry gains. Both have very low potential for causing balding. You can also throw in MK-677, which isn't really a SARM as it complements both really well.

Also you don't need an AI as SARMs don't aromatize and don't cause gyno which is great. You also don't really need PCT.
