1:3 philtrum to chin

lip lift, and im not entirely sure what the mandible relation is but bsso and rhinoplasty but you must follow a specific order or it looks worse kinda expensive though and downtime is heavy on bsso also most you gotta be 21 plus already got rejected for bsso and septorhinoplasty

If your chin is at least tall and wide it doesn’t matter then your lower third is good
