I’m tired of looking in the mirror in disgust seeing all my flaws wishing that I looked better doing whatever I can to look even close to average, I hate being shorter than my younger brother and my father, I have being more recessed than them, I hate being looked down upon, I hate the fat in my cheeks, I hate how I have a flat maxilla, I hate my big nose, I hate my thin patchy eyebrows, I just want to look in the mirror and smile but all I can convey is disgust and disappointment

For height you can't do that much, but no matter how much recessed you are you can definitely do hardmaxing and get some implants to fix face. However for that you need to be "smart" and "wealthy". So you can plan your Accession accordingly.
