I know I have it this isnt some retarded larp millenial bullshit where i "clean my room constantly" or whatever i know i have chronic ocd and it fucking kills me i hate obsessing over every little thing every single night

OCD ruined my life for the longest time, but I’ve overcome it now. You really do just have to keep living life and directly face whatever is bothering you. There’s really no other way around it. As cliche as it sounds.
