It's because most people make shit life choices. They destroy their brain with drugs, alcohol, processed foods, red meat, stress, poor sleep, poor nutritional variety, and lack of exercise.

All of these take many years to have a strong effect.
 
i love old people, they have much more knowlege than i do, and there is always something i can learn when talking with them:Comfy:
