Been dying my hair since I was 26 because of genetic premature grey (that I got from my mom), so my hair is always black.

Been using Retin-A (0.1%) for years, but my skin would still look good without it, since it's so naturally thick and wrinkle-free and without lines.
I take potassium water pills fairly regularly, but they take too much time to work.

I'm about on a 500-calorie deficit a day and losing fat very gradually, without sacrificing muscle (all my lifts in the gym are better than when I started my 'diet' about 40 lbs ago).

How was Thailand? Did you slay? I went to Bangkok and Pattaya in 2012.
