Everyone just seems to ignore me and I don't get Halo effect anymore from doing anything I think my looks is what saved me from having to work these last couple years even as a grown man but now that I'm getting fatter everyone is letting me now how much of a loser I am and treating me so harshly I also feel like shit I ate yesterday as now I gotta fast again and not lose any weight but was genuinely worried about internal bleeding. I will not forget what people says about me and the way they treated me now once I get lean everyone ignored me and left me to rot and homeless but once I get lean everyone wants to come back in my life and treat me good and give me money fuck the world and everyone in it.

They're right to think that. Being fat is the only time all your negative habits are on display for the entire world to see. People can take one look at a fat guy and instantly recognize his subhumanity. At least when you're lean people need to dig deep into your personality to find your flaws, otherwise you're just a normal human.

Just get lean then. What's so difficult about it in the end? Just eat less. Eat more vegetables, drink water and black coffee to not feel hungry and stay healthy. Keep working out to not lose muscle. That's it. Nothing else required.
