I have phases were weed is shit and it just makes me paranoid but they pass after a couple months break

Actually it messes with your time perception, kinda hard to explain, time passes slower, you don’t realize what you just did, take several minutes to do anything

It can, but it really depends on the environment you're smoking in, at least from my experience.
Last year I used to smoke weed by myself, at places where no one would come at the time.
That always made me feel very relaxed and calm.

But a few years ago, I used to smoke a lot with my friend at a place we technically weren't allowed to come (we used to climb the fence of some small, local, football club to smoke on their bench, jfl). So whenever we would see someone walking/driving nearby, we got kinda paranoid at times.
