Remove wheat and see what happens, if goes away then you can maybe try re introduce dairy and sugar on separate occasions and see what happens. Otherwise remove soemthing else JFL. Or go beef only and re introduce from there.

Only when I was like 15 and then after that it went a way, and no matter what I ate it never came back. Even after my 10k calories crash outs (tone of sugar, dairy, bread etc) my skin didn’t change.

I don’t do skincare either, just water. When I said i’ll start skincare again that’s when I got a spot on my face again after not having any for years JFL.

Im on fin, megadosing vitamin b5, tret and as mentioned on a restricted clean diet in a calorie deficit

I wouldn’t do tret personally. I think it’s constant dry skin, constant purging etc. Not worth it IMO, I had tried it out once. Maybe remove it if you completely fix diet and nothing changes.

whats ur zygo width? you could benefit from a nasal ridge implant, also eyebrows should be closer to the eyes and darker. ipd is not the problem in 99% of cases

get zygo fillers, let eyebrows grow closer together and darken them, maybe even dye hair, get infraorbital rim implants and youre eye area is good, then you need to move on to other failos, also youre nasal ridge looks kinda flat, you could definetly need some width there too, lemme morph it rl quick
