I hate when my eyes get blurry

The last hours before i go to bed my vision gets so blurry and my eyes get really tired, like i cant read for shit or see for shit.
This started like one-two months ago when i was home sick for over a week and i was just doomscrolling.

Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me?
