I hate when someone comes out of their room when I’m in the kitchen

Then I awkwardly either make up some random thing on the spot to talk about or stay dead silent.

For example at my uncles house I stayed the night and got up to go get something from the kitchen but one of my cousins had to fucking come out of his room the same time and I was panicking and said some random shit about Roblox like “yeah I played this game earlier about this and that” and he looked confused asf too. But it was either that or be a dead silent weirdo.

Same but he happened to leave his room when I was too. I tried to time it right but the force was against me like always

I cant wait to live by myself tbh, espacially when im sad i can be sad in peace without anyone disturbing me.
I dont talk to myself, only in my head, only sometimes im mumbling something around, or just saying my thoughts out loud.

I don’t say anything of value when I talk to myself it’s mostly word salad as my body is subconsciously trying to teach me how to converse
