Just measured it boyos. I was coping that i would be 20+ but im only 16inches
for those of you who have not measured your bideltoid this is what 16inches looks like

How do you measure? When I measure side delts to side delts it comes to 19 inches. I wouldn't care tho cuz it will grow into your 20s anyway.

asked my mom to measure my shoulders to know what size tshirt i should order.
stood against the wall and she put a dot where my shoulders were, and then measured the distance, so im pretty sure its accurate

cant believe im 95% percentile height and 5% frame

how? you dont look like 16 inches bideltoid? i got 18 inches my shoulder still dont look as wide as yours am i having bdd or what?

I started 3 days ago after a year of natty lifting. The gains are not extreme tho. I'm hoping to add 6-8 pounds of muscle and 40 pounds onto my bench in 8 weeks.
