i have 2 ratios that aren't ideal (mid importance ratios) how can i improve

so my bizygomatic to bigonial is bad (my zygos aren't big enough)

and my chin to philtrum is bad but its cuz of my lips not my actual philtrum compared to chin (small upper lip giant lower)
