How do you know I stunted my growth? I feel like something is wrong. I'm trying to decompress my spine and bonesmash my feet/legs to get 3 more inches, and then 1 from lifts, and hopefully 1 natural to get to 5'11", which rounds to 6'.

I never even got a growth spurt either I'll probably get 5'7" naturally or 6' if I get lucky
And then 4 inches from my plan
