Hairline (Fixing it already)
Under eye support (I'll try to get Fat transfer, if it's not enough I'll have to get implant or filler)
Flat nose base because of columella (JFL, I won't waste time and money to fix something like this)
Non-concave upper lip (I'll probably have to reduce philtrum prominence)
Lack of chin prominence (Fat transfer, I need around 3mm of prominence tbh)
Lack of gonial definition (Dunno what I'll do)
I also noticed that my eyebrows shape look like shit on the side profile, because they start almost pointing to the ground on the medial part because of how low my supraorbital is, then they go up a little bit, it looks completely horizontal on the front view, but in the side profile it's like I have two eyebrows, the medial on the "ceiling" of the supraorbital, and then the lateral on the brow ridge, shit is weird tbh, I only noticed this now
