I am generally complete miser and always make do with the cheapest stuff possible but I have a bad impulse buying habit. If I like something a lot I will buy it regardless of my finances, regardless of the purchase being reasonable or not. Like when I was picking up this for my mom I had a strong urge to also buy this perfume for myself because I sampled it and loved the scent

I am gifting this to my mom for her birthday next week

My mom is the only woman that deserves expensive gifts.

I legit had to talk myself out of it. Like I told myseld don't do it Jason. Dont do it. You have already splurged on clothes and mom's present don't do it. This happens often when I go shopping. I have brutalized my wallet more than a few times ag this point. All on pointless stuff like coats, perfumes, whiskey, watches and other shit

I don’t feel I have a very bad impulse spending problem, but I had a horrible addiction to prostitutes awhile back. I’m talking like I would drop 1000 a month on this shit despite hardly even making that much money.
I couldn’t control myself at all so I can relate.
At least you buy stuff that actually makes your life somewhat better tbh. Definitely not the worst vice you can have
