^ So how I think it happened is i was about to get in the shower but i decided i might as well jerk first (i dont normally jerk in the shower) but I noticed long strokes on my dick was making too much noise and I didnt want my family to hear and so what I did was extremely short, but fast strokes in the highlighted blue area (see picture above) and I think this is what caused it.

So basically if you wanna avoid it just do long strokes and you will be fine.
