I have a crude hypothesis that being exposed to lots of light during the daytime is good for your eye area.

When you're exposed to a lot of light (e.g at noon, flashlight aimed at your eyes), you have to squint your eyes accordingly, and continually or else the light would overwhelm you.

Those who say in dimmer areas don't need to do this, so their eyes develops a more buggish or rounded shape over time.

The muscles in the eye area adjust (and hence changes the shape of the eye area) over time in both conditions.

Thoughts?

No, I'm referring to eye area, specifically the muscles for squinting.
If you're in Alaska though, particularly where the Inuit live, you'd actually have to squint your eyes (due to snow)

I used to have a habit where I raised my eyebrows constantly and it caused me to think I had high-set eyebrows and horrible orbitals at one point lol

Yes exactly, the problem is I thought that was my resting face until I realized I was doing it constantly when taking pictures

One is forced, one is a reflex.
The thing is squinting is a looksmin aside from the fact that you could fraud eye area temporaily. Wrinkles, eye strain. Light wont shape bones or genetics?

watch this become the next cope technique promoted by tiktok influencers

if you squint like crazy you will get wrinkles, if you squint slightly it wont.

OP isnt talking about bones, hes talking about muscle

the best way to find out if it works would be to look at african tribe that dont have access to the internet and such things, which would result in them being more in nature and therefore consuming more daylight and needing to squint.

You could also look at nordic tribes such as in alaska since they have much daylight aswell in some periods but not all year round.

That could be true i saw difrence in my eye area during winter and now in winter there was more eye shown than rn it probably only works outside temporarilly

The opposite, sun bounces of ice causing you to squint more

all farmers in Italy have 0 upper eye exposure

Lol, “just squint” theory like 10+ y.o. for now, it works in most cases, water is wet
