Can I still grow ? I feel like a lot of people stop growing at 16 yrs, however I dont have much things to do, any tips. I live in shitty country so other aesthetic advice isn't that worth it imo. For me even an inch is good. As I just want a little something. Thx

Do sports, eat lots of as good as food as you can get, be social, sleep much
