I have a narrow jaw tips for right now

When i was a little i was a retard trying to make myself look like all the other kids my age instead of embracing my features causing me to be recessed and breathe out of my mouth causing terrible lower jaw development and i can’t get the reccesion fixed because of my dentist saying my jaw isn’t developed fully and i can’t get the custom jaw implants because im not old enough so for right now trying my hardest to keep my lower jaw up everyday to not get that recessed look is there anyway that i can help lower third growth?
Edit: im having flashbacks of me purposely recessing my jaw because it made me feel more relaxed also i had super autism i tried to be golden freddy and i used my hands to try to seperate my jaw from my skull
