I have a nasty addiction to Internet forums and I need help

I get on the Internet for hours and hours a day browsing Internet forums. I've done this for the past 4 years. I collectively have about 300,000 posts total.

For some reason, I want to be top-dog on an Internet forum. I will buy premium subscriptions that change my name color just to stand out. I post like crazy so people will see how big my post count is.

It's pathetic. I tend to get banned from every forum I join though. I need to quit this addiction. Please help.
