I don't have a gummy smile, or a long nose.

I have a class one bite and perfect occlusion

But I do have a really long philtrum I think maybe an inch?

I want to understand is it my maxilla that's downward grown that is causing my midface to be long or is it my philtrum because I don't have a gummy smile?

But if my maxilla is downard grown that means I have too much maxillary height and it needs to be shortened with a anterior impaction but I have no gummy smile

So I would need bimax + CCW + posterior downgrafting + liplift?


but it doesn't make any sense because I think I have long face syndrome because I have lip incompetence and recessed chin

idk, I assume youre black, since you have class 1 bite and you want 30 mm genio, which could play a role.
