The idea would be to place a finger behind the chin, inside the jawbone, outside the mouth, while clenching the jaw and teeth to avoid pulling on the whole body and causing pain. Then, pull only on the chin area for 30 minutes a day. This should help protrude the chin. I plan to try it and will keep you posted.
