I Have a verticaly short chin, straight mandible and a tall ramus. GTFIH!!!!!

I have a short chin at 1.7 (I thought it was 2.0. . . . . fml) but I have a straight mandible with a tall ramus. If I get surgery to correct my chins height, won't it make my ramus comically high? Help. . . . .

Isn't a 7.5-8.0 ramus long? Edit: If I stop mewing it goes up to 2.0 inches. . .
I was only going to do three surgeries, now it looks like there's really no use, screwed.
