You need to relax, these skills will develop in the coming years.

In the meantime focus on yourself mentally and physically so when you are speaking to girls you know that it’s no external factor affecting you (for example if you are fat then that’s a reason to maybe feel unconfident).

Put yourself out there, stop looking at woman as some alien being and treat them like any other human.
