I have acne pimples right below my ogee curve, they make me bloated

Fuck man that's really anoying. From one side ogee curve is good from other is So fuckin round. Just below it i have 2 big and one small pimple, they're deep under the skin and make it more bloated. I'm going to school in 10 minutes and i'm deppresed about how I look. Fuck.
