i have an extra sense

basically i can sense the presence of entities without using sight, sound, touch, smell, taste, its like proprioception but extended to other entities. yet these entities arent 'real' is the only thing, its like internal in my imagination

im like schizolite i have hallucinations but mild mainly voices , and just hearing music from showers/fans (sometimes i hallucinate people in the bathroom) visual hallucinations mainly at night so basically dreaming while awake lol

i feel entities coming upto me approaching me but i dont see them always
