It is not that serious and is only slightly inverted but sometimes I have chest pain when doing pushups or bp. I feel like my lung capacity is small too. I mean I can hide it if I pack enough muscle but that is not the point. I can't breathe fully sometimes. How can I fix inverted chest without surgery?

If the symptoms are moderate or severe then you need to go see a pulmonologist asap, they will decide whether you need surgery or not.

Its over. Inverted chest = poor posture = poor cranofacial posture = poor cranofacial growth

It's more than a looksmining issue, his chest can become more sunken as he grows in age which would result in his lungs and heart getting compressed and it will affect his heartbeat significantly

yes it could be a genetic condition, and it could get worse over time. You should be worried more about how it will affect your heart than its looksmining aspect.

It's called pectus excavatum and if it is a mild case then you can fix it by doing boxing and doing core workouts which make your chest and abs stronger which can help
