Mse+ chewing is what will produce better results than combining mse with fm
You need to wear fm for literally 16-18+ hrs ed for 2+ years to get gains on it

Now its very possible this won't be enough if its not double jaw surgery is the next route

I think he used it 3 months.

The reason a lot of people got shitty gains is that you need to wear the face mask 20 hours a day otherwise it reverses.

In the past they advised people they only need it for 10-12 hours. You should only take it off to eat and shower ideally

I was avoiding doing fm because I thought it would be retarded to wear it for 2 years lol
Will rotmax during those 3 months alongside with mse get the best gains

If it fails you can just get double jaw surgery but double jaw surgery is like 40K and very invasive so really do that only if this fails you will get some jaw gains but if your super recessed it might not be enough sadly

Worst case scenario you wasted 3 months to look somewhat better so long as you get a decent provider you will not look worse and will at least be somewhat better looking

6 months generally but 3 months of face mask is advised or more if you want even better results it all depends how recessed you are
