I have around a 40mm palette is this wide, narrow or average?

i know a guy who measured it by biting an apple he had around 50
google and dr mew say 50-55 is optimal, but 40 is lowest that its still good

wow I need to get to thumbpulling how do I measure it properly ( it could be wider if I do properly since ppl always say my maxilla is wide asf on here)

thumbpulling is cope, do palate/skeletal expanders instead
bite into an apple and measure the 2nd to last molars distance

you can do it twice for the maxilla and mandible each
