This nigga's really afraid to pour 40k+ into a maxillio-craniofacial surgery usually only reserved for cursed deformed babies—headed by a guy who flunked out of med school who publishes few and far between post-op results usually of questionable quality, who commands his clique of hairy brown surgeons in Istanbul/to-be Dubai to chop up pathetic little incels in their frankly strange and homoerotic pursuits of obtaining the facial structure of notable gay super models like Jordan "50cal" Barrett and Sean "Model Train Collector" O'Pry, in order to do this so-called "mogging" thing, or whatever they call it, so that they can reach the requirements deemed by the "foidom" to be able to stick their members in the meat pockets of some drunk fatherless whore in a Long Island night club at 2am.

Once you get trimax you will never be like before as you fix your lower third recession ( the results will be very good if you have good avdancement tbh) but do you really need OBO ? that surgery really scares me JFL I would say better to do fat grafts or blepharoplasty surgeries (idk what do you need in eye area). Research and don't overdo it.It changes a lot and I’ve been given MANY contradictory suggestions
But right now I’m thinking a “basic” Trimax w Ramieri to start
Then decide what to do with my train wreck eye area, which on paper needs OBO, implants, and soft tissue work
There’s some other minor stuff but honestly it’s not even worth considering right now, I’m going to take it one step at a time
I just have this premonition of a future where I’m either botched or had a 0.00000001 psl improvement and become a laughing stock to people here and IRL, and - all my life savings

Ipd is 62 mm and esr 0.40, I’d say it’s indicatedOnce you get trimax you will never be like before as you fix your lower third recession ( the results will be very good if you have good avdancement tbh) but do you really need OBO ? that surgery really scares me JFL I would say better to do fat grafts or blepharoplasty surgeries (idk what do you need in eye area). Perhaps you have face dysmorphia and it will be never enough.
I saw your pictures and its not cyclope-tier either honestly.Ipd is 62 mm and esr 0.40, I’d say it’s indicated
But yeah I will at the very least do fat grafting
Indeed it will never be enough that’s why I openly share my face here and get feedback to stay grounded
After the holidays I’m going to reach back out to Ram’s team to schedule another consult and get his thoughts on trimax. He suggested genio before but I didn’t actively ask for anything and really just wanted to get his initial thoughts
I could get it as “soon” as this coming summer. Otherwise the next summer. OBO who knows I’m not going to think about it for a while jfl
62mm isn't that low, that's only 2-3mm below the average. Ian Somerhalder for example is 63mm. Depending on the rest of your facial proportions you might be better off just getting your lateral zygos & temples reduced. What's your bizygomatic breadth, midface ratio, and FWHR?Ipd is 62 mm and esr 0.40, I’d say it’s indicated

I would be careful with Ramieri, I heard some bad stuff about him on reddit and here.It changes a lot and I’ve been given MANY contradictory suggestions

My zygos are pretty damn flared (image courtesy of Foreverbrad who also brought up zygo reduction as an option to me):62mm isn't that low, that's only 2-3mm below the average. I’ve seen and heard bad things about every surgeon. You go down the hardmaxxing path and you’ll find nothing but contradictions and conflicting advice everywhereI would be careful with Ramieri, I heard some bad stuff about him on reddit and here.
That's true but there's some people who talk to a surgeon and blindly follow what they say without doing any research (or as much research as they should do) beforehand. My zygos are pretty damn flared (image courtesy of Foreverbrad who also brought up zygo reduction as an option to me):

Bizygo is 159 mm
Main thing is I’d need to decide on OBO 100% before doing anything else for the eye area because it would end up being a colossal waste having to undo everything
