what other methods for leaner face?
lose weight in general. track calories and try to get really good at a sport you’re bad at. that’ll motivate u
 
6’2. height in photos is different cuz i got a newer car😂 and i don’t drive in a loser position anymore

What cardio u do? How did u gain bones only lose fat?
I play soccer, stairmaster, running, lifting, I bike 40 miles in one sitting, I walk, I rock climb, play golf, anything to switch things up

Wdym by eat accordingly? I heard cardio was good for decreasing water retention, my goal is do 5 5k's a week whihc should be about 15 miles a week, should that be enough to reduce bloat?

Woah, nice glow up. Just curious, how did you get rid of your eyebags/dark circles? I have a really bad habit with rubbing my eyes since I'm fear sighted and it hurts some times, so my eye area is pretty bad. Did you do any skincare for your undereyes in particular?
vitamin c cerum, anti dandruff shampoo (no dyes) (get in baby section) and good sleep

“bloat” is just fat. you can’t reduce “bloat” without reducing fat
