I have been in a deficit consistently for 1.5 month but my weight is going up.

I think it's cause im not getting enough fiber and my gut us constantly full. im going on a 2 day fast now cause this makes me angry

my weight fluctuates between 65 and 70 kgs constantly and tbf the weight on my weight scales has only been bigger than before I started the deficit again 👿👿👿👿👿👿 why am I so boneless
 
I wouldn’t look at the scale much tbh since body weight isn’t the same as lean mass

U can starve and think ur losing fat but ur also losing a lot of muscle that makes u weigh less

All it means is you’re not in a deficit. Learn to track food, and track everything from snacks, cooking oils etc. People think that they eat 2000 and expect to lose weight; but instead actually eat 2.5k+ and wondering why the scale doesn’t change JFL.

I’m currently on a cut and my weight is going down at a constant rate every single day because I know how to track food.

title is an oxymoron in it of itself, youre not in a calorie deficit thats why youre not losing weight
im in a caloric deficit but i think its water retention and gut content as im pretty sure im losing fat.
