Don’t mention the known like calorie deficit , 5 L water or fasting
 
and no its not cope
just if you want the safer option go for the natural diuretics

eat diuretics foods then (yes they exist)
I did not know the word diuretics ( what it means in my language ) but I will try the supplements to see if they help more than the foods
 
do carb cycles : very low carbs for 4-6 days then high carbs for 1-3 days

The easy part is done (learning how not to bloat )now I have to loose again 9kg worth of fat this sucks
