I have class 2 bite aka deep bite + short face syndrome ortho just wants me to get braces

Blue pilled ortho quoted me 3k$ for braces + elastics I’m 18 year old but no jaw surgery plan whatsoever, am I gonna ascend or what with just braces ? I got like 18k$ saved..

What do I tell him? I mean I’m not gonna tell him I just want to ascend like this guy with sfs did, how do I get my point across to him without him thinking I’m crazy ?

Edit: What I mean is I want aesthetics benefits more than functional, also if I can get both why not ?!

Start by talking about the health benefits, better breathing sleep apnea ect.. then say aesthetic benefits are also important to you.
