Sliding Genio(Its cheap), then jaw fillers, then implants.

They last 3 to 6 12 months, its about luck.

Of course its not as good as Eppley, also Eppley is overrated. The guy works as a reconstructive surgeon at a hospital here in Sweden, and some other stuff about him (translated this via google translate to English).
