I have feminine, low-set cheekbones, would MSE make them worse?

My zygos look feminine, because they're low set, and I think something with the shape too, but I'm not totally sure. My current bigonial to bizygomatic ratio is .88. Obviously MSE wouldn't drastically change this ratio, but would it be a net negative for my dimorphism?

First of all, fix your skin, secondly, your orbital area seems very non wide,

You have a pillshaped head, and in my personal opinion, you need to rock a new haircut that adds volume and area to the back of your head, to make the front have the appearance of being wider, mse would work, however there is a certain method, too lazy to find rn, that expands your zygo but not nose, anyhow, should be easy to surgically assist.

Tl;dr ramus zygo implant, better hair and skin style SHIEEEEEEET

Yeah, by far my worst feature.

I had medium long hair before but I shaved it off, it definitely helped with frauding a wider face, but it made my side profile look retarded because it gave more mass to my occiput, making my jaw look even shorter.

At the moment I only intend to get MSE, maybe bimax, maybe infra implants, but likely neither of the latter two realistically. Nothing for the acne, I've just been washing my face, which has been working, I used to have terrible cystic acne all over a few years ago. I'm only 18 now so I am just going to wait it out until I'm like 20 to use accutane if I even need it by then.

whyd u delete
Had way too many pics of my face on my account, figured it would be easier to let my old account become irrelevant to reduce the chances of anyone I know IRL stumbling across it. Also wanted to take a break because I was using the site way too much.

Your zygomatic arch is high set (good trait) but your cheekbones are vertically tall (feminine trait). Your cheekbones are also quite flat. Luckily they are sharp and angular (masc trait). Overall your zygos are ok and it depends more on harmony anyway.

MSE won’t do shit for your cheekbones btw.

MSE is a meme, I went through it to settle the question. Cheekbones are alright, but palate expansion would make the distribution of soft tissue less ideal. Seeing your acne you appear to still be growing, your face might lean out a tiny bit in the cheek area in the near future. Do a couple days of low carb and water intake to reduce facial bloating and then ask yourself the question again.
