Depends on your style in that martial arts. If you have shorter arms boxing, if you have longer arms boxing. No 2 way to judge, because if you have long arms you have reach if you have shorter arms once you get inside the one with the longer reach is fucked.

I tend to see top tier wrestlers are more compact in build though with normally shorter arms since you're always in close and touching, allows you to generate more power before longer arms get his range of motion.
