im 14y.o 5'9 and fucking 50kg but my face looks like a balloon

i might be bloated but i ice my face everymorning and drink 1-2L water am i boneless or smth?

pretty sure my peers do none of that shit and every1 of them mogs me

fix ur diet to get a good chin, yea kinda boneless but its not over, with a good diet u can ascend since ur like 8 years old

You're not fat, just bloated. Actually, let me reword that, you're not THAT fat (99% of the human population have body fat % that are way too high to truly show a lean face, so you're basically normal). Here's what you should do:

- Start drinking more water 1L as a low ball is pretty bad for hydration, always 2L or higher. But increasing water consumption without account for electrolytes is pretty dumb, if you can buy an electrolyte complex (sodium, potassium, etc), drink more coconut water with salt, or do a DIY one (water, lime/lemon, salt)
- This is contradictory for the second point, but if you have common sense you can't figure it out... Watch out for your sodium, sodium bloats you and causes muscle retention. Only consume as much as it's necessary for bodily functions, not a milligram more.
- Face icing may be cope, but if you do it, don't put the ice on your face directly, use some kind of cloth as barrier as you could ironically cause more inflammation without
- Try to lower your carbohydrate intake, some rice, potatoes or whatever is fine you don't need to regulate every carbohydrate you consume because at your age that's probably not counter-productive, but try to avoid any kind of sugar or processed food like the plague. High carbohydrates can bloat you.
- Needless to say minimize refined oil consumption or foods high on lectin

Also, yeah, you're boneless
