I used to train next when I played football it helps a lot buy a harness from Amazon. Speaking of that I'm gonna start doing it again.

High test grows your neck also

It can cause sleep apnea though right? I'm gonna use my neck harness next cycle. Can I grow neck in a caloric deficit

It could but it's rare I would just use the harness 2 or 3 times a week
