I have lice on my hair everywhere

Should I do a short haircut or go completely bald? I used some anti lice shampoo it seems to help a little and I discover lice walking in my towel wtf should I do

you have to do a real treatment for your head and towels, inspect pillowcase, hats, headsets etc.. and treat them too if needed.
No need to go bald

sometimes if lice is bad enough they will make you shave your head — but just go book a treatment as most times it can be resolved with professional clean

I did get rid of it there was so much it’s tucking crazy, so much baby lice and grown lice the amount that usually African people have when they don’t was hair for months

not necessary, maybe useful but just get it treated
