Thanks to me limiting myself to 1h per day on safari, I have succesfully limited my time rotting on this website.
One day after rotting on here for around 18h in a row I realised I was fucked. So I put a timer on my safari for max 1h per day.
Instead ive been doing other shit now, all of which isnt ideal, but its better. I literally just laid in bed scrolling org for 3 days in a row before even realising.
This website is actually so addicting its insane. But I have kind of got through the worst part. I dont even get the feeling of having to check my notis here except like once a day now.
And niggas said beating addictions is hard
