good job to lose fat. All weight loss is good.
More importantly, is fat perceatge loss. Since I joined gym, I haven't lost much weight at all, because I added on muscle mass weight.

So, keep going, keep trying, untill one hits the 10% bodyfat ranges.

This is my 1 year bodyfat changes, combined with gymmaxxing. I'm also old, so I also sufer the old-pill disadvanatages/cope reasons on why can't lose weight when old.

My opinion.
1. consistency moggs everything. slowly losing fat for 12 months straight, moggs the jojo guys.
2. it would mogg if he loses more fat weight quicker, in a dureable lifstyle kind of way. By diet maxxing more, and stepping up on cardio machines in da gym. The eppileptical machine at decent resistance level, in da gym moggs for cardio maxxing without injury risks

Update: I have lost 15 lbs so far in 4 months. I plan to double up my regimen.
