And I have low t body like gyno and love handles is my body converting test to estrogen instead of dht ?

Bro its so over for u really wtf have u been doing those 3 years, unless u started when u were 10 that is so fucked up no matter how shit ur genetics are, unironically i think some people could bench that with one arm on 3 years of training

I lifted till failure but idk I'm not gaining any strength unless I bulk

Idk I do train till failure but somethings wrong I can't lift more the next session

Then try to add reps in comparison of last session not js weight, and fucking eat nigga, also vench more u cant expect ur bench to go up if u do it js once a week or so

Yea I do it twice a week but fr my muscles get tired easily I cannot even lift so much have to take rest then lift
 
My Max bench press is only 110kg at 70kg i havent been to a gym in years my squat is 120kg deadlift zero, i dont deadlift my shoulder press is 90kg, i also do ABS situps my Max is 50-80 in one set
