Having a low working memory capacity can come with some unexpected advantages, even though it often poses challenges in tasks that require holding and manipulating information. Here are a few potential benefits:

  1. Simplicity in Processing: Individuals with lower working memory may focus on the most relevant information, avoiding overthinking or getting bogged down by excessive detail.
  2. Creativity and Originality: Limited working memory might encourage thinking outside the box, as individuals may not get stuck on conventional patterns and can generate novel ideas.
  3. Reduced Cognitive Overload: With fewer items to juggle, there’s often less cognitive strain, leading to a more relaxed approach to tasks that might overwhelm others.
  4. Increased Focus on the Present: People with lower working memory may be more attuned to their immediate environment, which can enhance mindfulness and presence in the moment.
  5. Adaptability: They may develop strong compensatory strategies, relying on external aids like notes, reminders, or routines to manage tasks effectively.
  6. Strong Emotional Intelligence: Focusing on immediate interactions rather than holding onto multiple pieces of information may lead to enhanced empathy and understanding in social situations.

my memory is perfect as it is, the memory flaws and lapses make other things inside of me even better. only nootropics are worth increasing memory to avoid too embarrassing memory, memory training is not worth it, as it just puts cognitive overload on the brain with very limited benefits, even if i get better at memory i will get worse at other things. and im the smartest man in the world even with my current memory, so all is FINE.
