Irrational thought pattern tbh, it's just that the more you're (re)searching a specific phenomenon, the more you tend to see it and therefore make hasty generalizations and assumptions based on those recurring thoughts. And, of course, these repetitive thinking patterns will cause a lot of unwanted stress & anxiety, so take a little time off and focus on something else for a while, if you wanna get rid of these.
